1 cup Elderflower Gently Sparkling Soda
3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- Heat soda over medium heat until simmering.
- Whisk sugar into soda until it has dissolved, about 30 seconds.
- Simmer for 1-2 minutes until it has thickened slightly. Allow the syrup to cool completely at room temperature before bottling and storing in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
