2 oz Hibiscus-orange Infused Gin
3/4 oz Orange Liqueur, such as Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao
1 oz Lemon
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
2 oz Cold Seltzer
- Combine gin, liqueur, lemon, and simple syrup in a shaker tin with ice.
- Shake well, about 30 seconds. Set aside.
- Measure 2 oz cold seltzer into you cocktail glass. Pour cocktail over seltzer and add ice until glass becomes full.
- Garnish with an orange peel and enjoy!
