Bohemian Mule

While absinthe isn’t illegal any longer in the United States, it’s still fun to think of this cocktail as something a little more mystic than your average mule.

1 1/2 oz Absinthe 

3/4 oz Lemon Juice

Bar Spoon Simple Syrup

3 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Ginger Beer

Lemon Twist


1. Combine all ingredients except ginger beer into a shaker tin with ice. 

2. Shake well, about 30 seconds. 

3. Double strain into a glass with ice. Top with 2-3 oz of cold ginger beer and swizzle to mix. Express a lemon peel over the top and enjoy!
