
3/4 oz Gin
3/4 oz Lillet
3/4 oz Orange Liqueur, such as Cointreau or Dry Curaçao
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
Absinthe Rinse
Orange Peel
- Combine gin, lillet, orange liqueur, and lemon into a cocktail shaker tin with ice.
- Shake well until frothy, about 30 seconds.
- Rinse a stemmed glass with absinthe, careful to cover the entirely of the inside not the glass. Discard and absinthe still in the bottom of the glass.
- Double strain cocktail into the absinthe rinsed glass. Garnish with an orange peel and enjoy!
